DERMOT OF THE BRIGHT WEAPONS

Dermot O'Druidne was another of those amazing legendary heroes of old Ireland, who, in battle fury could slay an entire army and have enough oomph left over to challenge a couple of giants. A member of the famous fian of Erin, our young man had both success in battle and triumph in love. Disaster caught up with him in the end, but he had a hero's death. The format of the book is attractive; the illustrations in keeping with the robust aspect of the text. This is for the imaginative lad, possibly lassie.
