DOVE CREEK RODEO

It's not a Western -- but it would probably go well with your Western fans. A hard-boiled and rowdy picture of a small Western town's rodeo, badly mismanaged, with framed races and local antagonism for outsiders resulting in trouble on all sides. Not in the conventional Western tradition -- nary a cattle thief, no desperate villains, no honest hero, no innocent heroine, no deaths by gun play -- just the modern West and a collection of humans.
