BIGGER AND BETTER BONERS

A happy little April Fool's item -- this current collection of bent and bruised blunders which have been expanded to over 1,200 inclusions. The howlers come dictionary-wise and geographical, historical (ancient, European and American); they cover who's who, sex, anatomy and health, animals, literature and religion, law, science, grammar and foreign languages, etc. and they range from simple misstatements to questions and answers, malapropisms and straight screamers. They are compatibly illustrated by George Mass and, since the original books of boners appeared 21 years ago, this selection (which does not forget some of the past favorites) should be a natural for the newer followers of Fractured French. etc.
