BOBBY'S HAPPY DAY

..........is a perfectly ordinary one. After breakfast he goes biking down the sidewalks of his neighborhood, sees his pals, follows fire engines to a not too serious blaze. After lunch he mows the lawn, sits out a thunderstorm with a book in his cozy room, helps his mother with a delicious coconut cake which the whole family has for dessert that evening. And the whole day is just as delicious as dessert. The simple text is as sunny as Marjorie Cooper's life like drawings of a suburban setting, some in pencil and others in sparkling colors.
