When Ma says they have to travel light on their camping trip with Aunt Bear, gourmand Oliver sneaks along some peanut butter, jam, etc, etc., in containers that scholarly Ronald can then use for gathering specimens. That's an accomodation, explains Aunt Bear, who has her own ""accomodation with Nature""--she too brings ""just-in-case"" food, though she also catches a fish with her paws, ""and Nature pays me back"" with beauty. In case it's still not clear there are a few more examples, and the cubs return delighted with their new word and all its applications. Readers might be too, though with all the disputation over packing up Bach is a little slow in getting her honey-coated lesson under way.
