KIRKUS REVIEW

Another little woman's novel with an Anglo-Irish setting, about Laurie who foolishly marries a man whom she knows nothing about only to find that he's run off with another girl and another man's money; Laurie is determined to make restitution to his victim, Peter Bookman, and ultimately does so with her whole heart. A bluebird of happiness for the molting phase.
