Led by favorites such as Wilde's ""Happy Prince"" and Arthur Rackham's ""The Beauty and the Beast,"" the selections extend to samples of Henry Beston, Seumas MacManus, and Ruth Manning-Sanders. A handsome new package, but the contents may be old hat to most collections.
