LOVE'S GOLDEN CIRCLE

Although Lisa Stenford's plan to offer her services as a home nursing side were regarded suspiciously by her and her best beau, she nevertheless convinces Dr. Gale of her talent and her family of the importance of earning money for her college fund. As a home nurse and social companion, Lisa finds her work taxing but deeply rewarding. Her simple attentions brighten the world of a lonely but serve to infuriate a bitter bedridden Lisa meets this new challenge and deals competently with her difficult patient to the satisfaction of all concerned. In the end her stamina pays dividends not only toward her college finances but towards her ultimate growth. This is pleasant reading for those who find gratification in the sentimental touch.
