KIRKUS REVIEW

A Russian agent is sighted in Argyll, deserted country indeed, and Kendrick, a London reporter, is sent there and has a hard time choosing up teams between a blonde with a pistol, a local dominie, a Colonel once stationed in Moscow and some an-Islamic unionists. Where it tries hardest it succeeds least-- to be debonair; and at best it is precipitous, rather obviously prearranged, adventure.
