THE ORGANIZATION GUERRILLA: Playing the Game to Win

This is for those corporate Americans who live life as though it were just a game to win or lose, whatever the stakes. It teaches the ambitious who in her (the female pronoun is used throughout, to notable effect) organization to toady to, and who to walk over. In return, the game offers success and advancement. Its cardinal rule is PFM--Power Follows Money. Candidates must be hyperalert as well as cynical (paranoid?) since ""in the world of business, the Big Brother era is here--now."" Weiss is equally hostile to bosses and subordinates, and proposes this simple guideline for the cat-and-mouse philosophy: ""What's in it for me?"" He is a mathematician, an accountant with a CPA, a management consultant and soi-disant misfit. He's got to be putting us on.
