A CHILD'S FIRST COOK BOOK

Some rather advanced material here which should require supervision for the younger children. Simple recipes for vegetables, salads, hot dogs, along with pretentious projects such as stews, muffins, and chocolate topped cake. Each recipe with a facing page of pictured ingredients and numbered steps. Equipment, cooking terms and cooking methods are explained in the front. Mother should be on hand to butter burnt fingers and keep little heads out of the oven.
