KIRKUS REVIEW

Written by the author of You and Heredity, this text, illustrated with the author's humorous drawings, introduces the grade-school student to biology. Anticipating questions the growing child will ask, Amram Scheinfeld stays close to phenomena which the child, himself, has or will experience. His style is light, non-abstract, and reassuring and should help to provide the pre-adolescent with a wholesome intellectual approach to those changes he will soon experience.
