CREATING JEWELRY by Andrew Dragunas

Email this review

Self instruction for beginners, with discussion of basic materials, fundamental techniques, and enough to stimulate the creative imagination. There is very little about design, but the step by step process, from learning how to melt silver, what to expect, possible technical errors of beginners, safety rules, etc. on to the use of more elaborate tools, for more advanced work. A book for people who have some knowledge of and aptitude for craft work. Each section includes suggestions for purchase of materials, costs, equipment.
