BLESS THIS FOOD

Former Miss Oklahoma, pop singer, happy ""wife and mother in a Christian household,"" has assembled a cookbook with incantations and prayers in between chapters (not don't let the souffle fall -- there's nothing that empyrean here). But there's lots for youngsters or picnics or church get-togethers. Peanut butter abounds along with marshmallows and instant glops of all kinds but after all the recipes are simple as well as bless-ed (instant pudding fingerpaint; broccoli topped with Rice Krispies) and the Florida Orange Juice girl could hardly omit one for the Citrus Commission which is a real pip: it's called Grandma's Gelatin and consists of a package of gelatin, 1 cup of boiling water and 1 cup of Florida orange juice.
