Fanciful and foolish and very English, this is- to my way of thinking- a much less successful caravan story than Severn's Wagon for Five (see above). Youngsters who like magic may prefer this one, for when Winnie and Bly exchanged their greenhouse home for a gypsy caravan they inherited some magic tea, and the responsibility of fixing problems that came their way. This is the story of those ""fixings""- and most of them had to do with making people over. There is a certain whimsical charm and originality in the story and Ursula Koering's line drawings are delightful. Definitely a girls' book.
