An action guide, manual and general cheerio for political conservatives with tips on personal comportment and inspirational materials. This is most obviously an ""in"" how-to, proceeding from an assumption by the authors that ""Liberals are everywhere because they understand they must infect every cell of the body politic."" The authors make enthusiastic use of Lenin's booklet, ""What is to be Done?"" helpful, they believe, for Communists, Conservatives, or anyone else interested in doing rather than debating. Plan, proliferate and publish about sums it up. Although there are some specifics on political campaigns on a local basis, methods of publicity, club and civic occasions, a great deal of attention is given to image--low-keyed, pleasant, cooperative. Emphasis is placed on fairness and justice in white-black relations and the authors quote a Negro co-worker to illustrate the point that working together, not armed conflict, is the Conservative answer: ""it is and was racism . . . which has placed most Negroes in the dead-end posture they show to the world today."" In time for the fall fracas--grooming for the activist Rightist.
