TIDE WATER TALES

Near Fortemouth in southern New Hampshire on the banks of the Squamscott in 1887 lived with the boy and his gang. Nowaday boys will enjoy these tales about the old swimming hole, ice-poling, dam building, and sailing, not to mention a fire. Pleasant but a little slow in tempo. The stories were told the author by her father and she has retold them for her son.
