On Friday, Sebastian is not late for school. When his teacher asks why, he launches into a description of his previous methods of travel: a balloon, a flying fish, a goose, a kite, a parachute, etc. But Friday he ""just walked."" The European tone of the text is paralleled by the rather flat, stylized illustrations. While this may make the days of the week more approachable, its content is slim.
