KIRKUS REVIEW

Remember the successful sale of Gabriel Over the White House. One guesses that this is from the same pen, and it is keyed to the same market. Ingenious tale of the kidnapping of a president, on the eve of the announcement of his decision for or against America's joining the other nations in war. In his absence, the monied interests try to force war and the public rebels. The story romps along to a not wholly improbable denouement. Entertaining.
