KIRKUS REVIEW

Allan Gifford goes the way of a lot of under the cover agents and gets himself involved with the suspect's daughter. Richard Layton, an industrial manufacturer has supposedly delivered some goods to an unknown outside agent (spelled Communist). But Gifford must decide just who is plugged into the guilt socket, particularly after the murder of a pornographer, when Mrs. Layton or daughter Virginia could have made the scene. There's blood and a hint of perversion as a diversion which is what this amounts to.
