Steve Russell sets out to use his engineering skill in building up his Diamond R ranch, fight the unscrupulous Tarsons, the Russells' life-long enemies, and win the city gal, Melody. Maybe it was the power of the mysterious legendary rock which came into his possession, but the mortgage on the ranch is not foreclosed, Mat Tarson's evil doings to drive Steve from the Bend are thwarted and Steve wins Melody who proves her devotion to her husband by popping off Steve's enemy. Cattle rustlin', a hanging, gunplay, and lots of gore before the final walk into the sunset. Very grade C.
