YOU'RE NEVER TOO OLD TO DIE

The second case for nice, cigar-smoking, pinochle-playing Max Guttman which says a lot more about old age than dying -- naturally or otherwise -- this time taking place in a California senior citizens day-care facility where an elderly gentleman drops dead (coronary?) and his not too youthful bride-to-be soon follows him. Guttman may yet be our favorite private oy and while the action's not much, the atmosphere is -- and as the means of entrapment, dental floss has really come into its own.
