KIRKUS REVIEW

This had a predecessor which is not necessary to the story. In any case, it is a first rate adventure story for boys whose passion is sailing. Two boys, needing a summer job badly, and a young stowaway, head north for Nova Scotia, with results that might well have proved tragic. But it all works out, and it makes good reading.
