KIRKUS REVIEW

I guess if you can afford steak, the price here won't seem too high (there are four ""luscious color photographs"") and you'll probably save some money on how to buy a good one, or assist a less good one via marinating, etc. There's also a fair amount of information on the right equipment, timing, and cooking procedures both indoors and out as well as recipes for all kinds of steak, filet mignon to chopped, sauces, accessories, wines. Men particularly, steer here.
