SURVIVAL PLANET: A Novel of the Future

This dreadful little gaucherie takes place on the pure, unpolluted planet of the Evensons, a gallant Swedish family Robinson who crash-landed there thirteen years back. Meanwhile, things have gone from bad to unspeakable on Earth--though probably no worse than the poor saps deserve, what with their witless dependence on mechanized life-styles and artificial foods filled with chemicals. The first shipload of Earth refugees, chock-full of synthetic grub and dreams of empire, can't wait to take on the nature-loving Evensons and the planet's gentle seal-like natives. Embarrassingly feeble.
