KIRKUS REVIEW

More short stories of stogy-smoking lawyer Tutt, in which problems of a sheep-killing dog, of wills, of Indian rights, mines, divorce, marriage, murder, property ownership, etc. are solved by Mr. Tutt's trigger sense of law, to the utter confusion of his opponents. There's fishing, varied localities, odd bits of law throughout, all of which is sure bait for the Mr. Tutt fans.
