HOW TO BE A SUCCESSFUL LEADER

The publishers claim that it is only one of its kind. If their claim is based on ingredients and results- there are plenty of contestants. If based on method, this probably stands slone. For here is a book, sound in principle, which is put together in a rather artificial and diagrammed manner. It is definitely a handbook- a how to do it book, for the aspiring leader or for the man in the role of leader who is facing difficulties. The substance is presented almost in diagram form, through anecdote and example, through questions and answers and scoring charts, through summing up results. Its success in application boils down to the user's ability to analyze himself, analyze the individuals and groups with whom he works, assessing the false ideas and the sound ones, and keeping a flexible viewpoint so as to meet change with change.
