The substance is presented almost in diagram form, through anecdote and example, through questions and answers and scoring charts, through summing up results. Its success in application boils down to the user's ability to analyze himself, analyze the individuals and groups with whom he works, assessing the false ideas and the sound ones, and keeping a flexible viewpoint so as to meet change with change.
