KIRKUS REVIEW

If the rumbling blats of a tuba reduce your child to helpless giggles,- as is usually the case, Little Boy with a Big Horn, will do the same, as Ollie practices his brassy grunts on sea and shore, and finally rescues a ship from a wreck by some foggy notes. Silly, bright pictures in tune with the tuba tale.... The story of a little South Sea island girl and her new lady doll which she found she couldn't love as much as her old wooden dolly, points a charming moral. Darling pictures.... The new A B C seems to us far too cluttered for easy identification.
