Declaration of Independence, Constitution, Washington's Farewell Address, Bill of Rights, Articles of Confederation, League of Nations, Arms Conference, Peace Conference, etc. Various patriotic songs. Facts and photographs of famous men. Running commentary on congress, various departments, etc. Good reference book, not a book which will create enthusiasm for practical political background reading. A bit flag waving in its approach -- and choppy in its arrangement.
