KIRKUS REVIEW

Jack Bellamy and his two bit spread, the Cowbell, are the focus of trouble when he tries to settle in Montana. Drygulched, threatened, gossiped about, he is finally forced to run for it but is tracked down to his hideout. He manages to escape to prove his innocence and unmask his pursuers and their plot. Innocuous.
