KIRKUS REVIEW

Mobiles, wall hangings, picture frames, party favors, and Christmas decorations--you've seen them made of egg cartons, bottle caps, bread dough, shells, spools, and old socks. . . . You've also seen them made from toothpicks and popsicle sticks, though never perhaps so exclusively. At times, in their animals, mobiles, flowers, and ornaments, Williams and Arnold show a bit more sense of style than many, but except for a chapter on doll house furniture (bunks, bench, picnic table, a nifty woven director's chair), it's the same old recycled junk.
