RAFFLES AND THE KEY MAN

Fairish timepasser, patterned after the Saint yarns, but not up to them. Prison escapes motivated by ""The Key Man"" bring Leroy of Scotland Yard on the trail of Raffles and their paths cross as they set out to learn the key man's motives. Raffles, outside the law himself, revels in playing catspaw between the police and other criminals, forces Leroy to hold his hand by saying Leroy's assistant and rounding up members of the Key Man's band -- to his own financial betterment.
