KIRKUS REVIEW

...""most of this story is true"" is the claim and the details are handled with authenticity. Dr. Antonio Carrillo, Cuban refugee, learns that his wife Milagros is still alive and for some reason has gone pro-Castro, acquiring a reputation as the ""Red Queen."" Antonio is sure that Milagros has been coerced by her father, Ernesto Garcia, top-ranking Castroite. As Antonio attempts to find and save her the scene switches from Miami to Cuba and back with a great overlay of information about the revolutionary underground, the CIA and life under the Castro regime. Adventure a-plenty. Flight should be the fancy of anyone who likes current events coupled with near catastrophe.
