OUR NEW BABY'S ABC

This is a double barrelled alphabet book. For instruction, it features upper and lower case letters in an unadorned Roman style. In the text accompanying ach letter, the words employing the letter are capitalized. The text also tells of brother and sister meeting, watching and tending their new baby brother. The illustrator has supplied, in spontaneous lines filled with pleasant colors, two beamish children who glance proudly out of the page at the reader as they discover their own superiority to their very superior baby. Letters with understated, but understandable, messages.
