THIS WAS SANDRA

A tear jerker and melodrama, sentimental and romantic, smacking somewhat of a generation ago, but better written than the content might lead one to expect. Sandra was a second rate actress in a third rate circuit stock company -- and the mystery of their childhood was concealed from the younger sister, Laurie. But her youthful love affair and its break-up, caused Sandra to tell Laurie the truth. Ingredients for a goodish renter.
