THE MAN WHO FOLLOWED WOMEN

Cinder dicks, Farrel and Mike Kernehan, are still working on and for the railroad when middle-aged, balding Mr. Howery's penchant for following younger women leads to the freight yards. And while Howery's irregular pursuit can be dismissed, not so the operation in stolen tires and cigarettes he has innocently exposed and which takes Kernehan farther afield into the California desert.... Straightforward and active enough for all aboard.
