One aspect of post-war planning presented in concrete, well-thought-out detail -- post-war famine relief. The problems which will have to be faced should be faced now. A committee should be set up to coordinate shortages and surpluses, financing, shipping, abolition of tariffs to insure free enterprise, distribution, international medical aid, etc. etc. Legitimate and sound, but of limited general interest.
