PLAY YOUR HUNCH: Make It a Miraclel

For a while we thought this was going to help us with that new Lottery--but our hunch wasn't working. This just turned out to be another little self-help book hiding under a nimbus of cliches. Even though there's more than one hortatory injunction not to be negative, we quickly became despondent as we thought about love and marriage and making money and health. Miss Brown has a whole list of wonderful words (peace, poise, understanding, inspiration, laughter, wealth, happiness, etc.)--22 of them--and you're to eat them ""for breakfast first thing in the morning. Partake again at lunchtime, at supper and at bedtime."" This is for those who like to go to bed with a full stomach on an empty head.
