THE NON-DRINKER'S DRINK BOOK

This tee-totally abstemious collection of 351 coolers, crushes, cocktails, fizzes, and punches is prefaced by suggested equipment (the electric blender, juice extractor and ice crusher, primarily) and appended with a list of garnishes, a calorie chart, and other tables. There are hot and cold drinks of all kinds including a few to be made up in large quantities. Then there's Russian Tea. ""1 cup hot tea. 1 rounded teaspoon cherry or raspberry preserves. Serve in glass using holder or gloves* *Joke"" I guess you need a drink to appreciate a joke like that. And if you don't drink, do you really need a book like this? Who knows.
