KIRKUS REVIEW

Ex-CBS correspondent Littell has written a lively, deadly entertainment with differences all along the via Dolorosa: a black agent traveling to Jerusalem as an urbanologist; a red-necked revivalist presumably only organizing a pray-in for Christ but what are those coffins in his tent filled with? and an active activist Tikva who is the daughter of the Deputy Mayor Avidar. Littell travels light but keeps it busy and if you have any prejudices of any kind they'll change to sympathy.
