This account of the life of St. Therese of the Child Jesus will be of interest to all Catholics and to others who have visited her shrine at Lisieux and who remember that so many Frenchman during the last war placed their faith for victory in her. She was canonized in 1925. This book tells of her childhood, school days, and of her years in the Cloisters of Carmel where she contracted tuberculosis and died in her twenties. She believed in the Little Way, in ""greatness in littleness,"" and lived a life of extreme self-mortification. There is an epilogue which contains an account of some of the miracles performed by this Saint since her death.
