KIRKUS REVIEW

Boot Hill, and there is no wilder town in the West, is divided in two parts- between Hugh Blane, a professional gambler, and Charles Brissac, who wants to run him out of there and clean up on a deal with the railroad. Blane, given a rough time by a whole passel of Brissac's killers, escapes and returns to the revenge which leaves him with cash in hand, and Brissac with a now worthless empire. Rough- and ready for almost anything.
