Busy romantic pleasantries, in which Nancy, Army nurse, recovering from her first love Jeff finds herself at a Texas army camp where she remeets Jeff, and is rushed by Bill Hadley, the post's Don Juan. Jeff's wife, Edith, is out to make trouble for her but lands herself in a mess by helping a German prisoner escape; Jeff repents at leisure and wants Nancy back; Nancy has no eyes for Bill until he is badly hurt rescuing her kid brother; Edith redeems herself while Nancy hands Jeff back to her and settles for Bill.
