KIRKUS REVIEW

Calumph"" in the morning to Tony: ""Gattina"" to Mr. Romana, the baker; ""Mimita"" to dark-haired Maria, ""Sunse"" to a delicate bed-ridden girl-- the golden cat belonged to four people who fed her well each day and watched her grow fatter. When Calumph, Gattina, etc. presents four kittens, there are four anxious prospective owners. And Calumph goes on her old way, belonging to all four as she makes her daily rounds. A satisfying cat story with an unusual twist. Extremely sensitive pictures in browns and green-browns.
