NEBULA AWARD STORIES TWO

In what will probably prove to be a consistently outstanding series we find this year Richard McKenna and a gem of a fantasy when a young woman learns to share The Secret Place she finds in the desert with a disbelieving young geologist. Bob Shaw's Light of Other Days really shows the mind at quirk as his ""slow glass,"" ten light years thick, reveals scenes from the past, and captures the image of pleasanter days for an old man who has lost his wife and son. R.A. Lafferty's Among the Hairy Earthmen features a fancifully jaded view of human history and George Henry Smith's In the Imagicon offers a twist on heaven and hell. A lucky eleven.
