Powers; the humor of George Ade and F.P.A., Wodehouse, etc; history, adventure and reporting by Vincent Sheean, Bruce Catton, Edmund Pearson, Daniel lang and Dwight D. Eisenhower. The editor's choice is obviously both a proven and popular one but short selections, while providing a smattering of familiarity, do not substitute for the originals.
