KIRKUS REVIEW

This time the fues is about an influx of a hard-bitten coach with his gang of Huskies to a small Southern college. There was plenty of hard feeling and unscrupulous tactics. Then Dan McCloud, the Captain, decides to take over and buck Big Dutch Ruppert, by football tactics and politics. However, Ruppert's boys leave Big Dutch and Dan realizes that the ""old"" Melville boys have been unfair to the new-comers. There is a big game ending, romance and a plug for athletic scholarships. Thrilling football in this one and plenty of action.
