I WILL MAKE YOU DISAPPEAR

Carol and Louise take to witchcraft just like that. . . . They are hardly settled for the summer in the local haunted house when they discover the deceased witch's hidden workroom and, on their very first experimental spell, they make the pet canary disappear. The spell works just as well a second time when the girls are being chased by the drunken old handyman, Joe Hooker, who realizes that they know something about the witch's hidden ""treasure."" And since no one else seems particularly concerned about Hooker's whereabouts, it's up to them to summon their enemy back to this world. . . in the most frightening of circumstances. A passable shocker despite skeletal plot and an abrupt ending.
