THE ALLERGY COOKBOOK

Essentially this is a collection of moderately difficult recipes, sketchy on process, with an appendix and index which tells the afflicted which recipes are for him. The main limitation lies in the necessarily imcomplete information about allergies. For example, there is a lively use of spices, and spice allergies are apt to tag along with the more familiar milk--egg-corn-wheat varieties. In any case, before substituting in any recipe, it is wise to consult the doctor.
