KIRKUS REVIEW

An improvement on the last two Wells' titles, though much of it is guessable. Another poison murder case -- and another Fleming Stone story. One murder -- by prussic acid; the man's widow is taken on a cruise, and another victim dies of X-ray burning. The solution, though far-fetched, is made credible.
